This home is situated in Davenport, just a short distance from popular attractions such as Disney's Animal Kingdom, Island H2O Waterpark, and the Gold Club. Conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants. The property offers a screened pool area with multiple seating options, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 3 twins), a pullout couch in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table for enjoying meals. The highlight of the house is the newly designed game/theater room, complete with comfortable theater chairs, a popcorn machine, a foosball table, and a large TV.

YouPet-Friendly Policy:
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a limit of 2 pets. We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $25 pet fee for the entire stay. Please keep pets off furniture and beds and we do not allow dogs in the pool.(a $200 charge applies for any evidence).
Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets. Thank you!
Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
Other Important Information:
For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home.
No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, or if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. After that a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Deposit Policy
The tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of $500. This will be refunded 72 hours after checkout or when this agreement is terminated. This will be used to cover any damage to the property as necessary.

The house is decorated well, and very clean. I do have to mention two things, that I found a bit much. First, upon arrival, we arrived hours earlier after a long 6 hour drive. We were exhausted, it had been a very long night. I had not read the 4 PM checkin policy, which I found a bit late. As we arrived, the cleaning crew immediately informed the owner, we had arrived earlier. We ended up leaving to the park for couple of hours, and then to do some groceries. Then the next morning, 24 hours before check out, we received checkout instructions, another reminder that check out time was 11 AM. For some reason so much persistency took away from the welcoming feeling. Lastly, there are cameras all around, I understand security, but if you’re a mom looking to look cutie after kids have gone to bed, this is not the place. I felt like I was being watched. I wanted a little getaway and stress free weekend, away from the everyday chaos, nothing too crazy, but i didn’t feel it here.

Very friendly people and very helpful, the home was beautiful & we had a great time. They had seasonings, pots, pans & silverware and cups so we didn’t need to go out and get any of that, the had more then enough towels for everyone & same with pillows. I highly recommend 10/10

We absolutely loved the home! James made it easy to check in/out with the smart lock. Everything was labeled to help with all the switches. The home was beautiful, clean, and matched the description 100%. The pool was amazing to relax in after a long day at Disney. Next time we’re in Orlando, we’ll definitely be checking this one out again!

The house was amazing, everything was very clean, and the game room was my favorite room. A light bulb was flickering in the laundry room. They called me to ask if it was okay if they changed it and handled it immediately. Unfortunately we couldn’t utilize the pool because it was so cold. My 2 year son enjoyed his room. I had to hide the gumball machine because he got a tad bit carried away lol

This was a beautiful home! The pictures only captured the minimum of what you get once you walk in the door! We all enjoyed the home especially the pool! It was spacious, clean, and cozy! We would definitely love to come back! It was also near both parks that we intended to visit and there was so much to do wishing 30 minutes from the house! We also had everything that we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners (stove, pots, pans etc) as if we were in our own home! My kids did not want to leave :) If the kids are happy that means that it was all worth it! Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The setup is nice and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. It is convenient to Disney and most other areas are a short drive. One note of caution, traffic in the area can be very heavy, especially in the evening when people are leaving the theme parks, so plan ahead.

I love this house. It was so cute & cozy but also spacious, light & airy. So clean. Beautifully decorated. And that lovely, enclosed backyard & heated pool were AMAZING & so beautiful at night. The theater/game room with old fashioned popcorn machine was a fun touch. Oh! And it was very close to Sea World & several other parks. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Disney/Orlando. Thanks for being a great host James!

We had an amazing stay. The house is very inviting, stylish and clean, we really enjoyed the art around the house, very colorful which brighten the space and made it warm. When we were done with parks, we spent most of our time by the pool which is amazing especially in the evening when the colored lights come on, it’s perfectly furnished for the whole family to enjoy. The welcome basket and popcorn machine in the play room was a nice touch too. Host was very friendly and responded right away when we had a question. We only wish we had more time to explore the area. We will definitely come back.
