Welcome to our hole in one home. This unique 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is sure to please.
Look at our distinctive backyard, you won't find this a second time, everything is custom made.

With over six thousand square feet of artificial turf installed no expense was spared.
We built for you a 18 hole custom mini golf course with three whole practice green complete with sand trap.
There is no lack of creativity, custom holes with ramps and obstacles that are all based on sports. Besides that we didn't miss to equip the house with most backyard tailgating games.

Other things to note:
* While we do welcome and encourage bachelorette groups, birthday groups etc., we do ask that you enjoy the party off property and only bring back guests that are registered.
* There are outdoor cameras on the property in both the front and backyard and the pool can be seen however the cameras are outside of the screen enclosure. This is for security and safety and to ensure the guest count is adhered too.
* Your reservation includes 6 guests. Every additional guest is $25 per night. Why? We want to give smaller groups the opportunity to stay at our unique property, there is a lot more wear and tare with 13 guests staying.
* Please no glass on the pool deck, plastic cups are always available for your use for this reason. Any broken glass on the pool deck or in the pool will incur a $1'000 cleaning fee due to having to drain and professionally clean.
* No smoking inside the house, will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. No cigarettes, no marijuana, no vapes etc. You are more than welcome to smoke outside, please discard the buts.
* In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the property (cleanliness, etc.) please let us know in the first 4 hours of check-in so we can remedy the situation. We have staff on call for this reason and happy to make it right.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, or if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. After that a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Deposit Policy
The tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of $500. This will be refunded 72 hours after checkout or when this agreement is terminated. This will be used to cover any damage to the property as necessary.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Do not sleep on this house! This place was amazing. Close to everything and the backyard was unbelievable…we rarely left the house because it was so much fun. The kids are already asking to go back, and we definitely will. House was spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean with beautiful, roomy showers. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. After sleeping in that bed, my husband did not have neck/shoulder that had been nagging him for months. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We chose this house over several other Air BNBs with game rooms, home theaters, etc because we wanted the kids outside in the backyard instead of inside, gaming. We could barely get the kids to come in at night. I can’t wait to rent this place again. Worth every penny and then some.

This place definitely had a “wow factor” regarding the yard. We would of given it 5 stars if the pool was heated and the cleaner didn’t just walk right into the house when we were packing. Felt rushed and rude.

This place was absolutely amazing! Each room has very fun designs! Everything inside is all up to date and brand new! The beds are comfy! Sheets and towels all clean! Backyard area EXTREMELY presentable! Such a nice home to vacay in! Definitely will be staying again!
