Welcome to our vacation home! Our calendar is always up to date, and you can easily book by selecting your desired dates.
Prepare to be amazed by the meticulously designed backyard featuring over 6,000 square feet of artificial turf. The highlight is the custom 18-hole mini golf course with practice greens and sand traps, creatively designed with sports-themed obstacles and ramps. Additionally, we offer various backyard tailgating games, including Cornhole, Crossnet, Redneck golf, Electric darts, Can jam, Batting cage/driving range net, Frisbee, Football, and Spike ball.

Important Notes:
* While we do welcome and encourage bachelorette groups, birthday groups etc., we do ask that you enjoy the party off property and only bring back guests that are registered.
* Outdoor cameras (Front and backyard and pool can be seen, however the cameras are outside of the screen enclosure.) ensure security, safety, and adherence to guest count.
* Rates are based on 6 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. Why? We want to give smaller groups the opportunity to stay at our unique property, there is a lot more wear and tare with 13 guests staying.
* Please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass. Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
* No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.
* In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the property (cleanliness, etc.) please let us know in the first 4 hours of check-in so we can remedy the situation. We have staff on call for this reason and happy to make it right.
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $25 per pet fee for the entire stay. Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, or if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. After that a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Deposit Policy
The tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of $500. This will be refunded 72 hours after checkout or when this agreement is terminated. This will be used to cover any damage to the property as necessary.

Had a great time at the house and were entertained with all the games, amenities, and pool! Host was super responsive and the house was just as listed. Location is perfect for visiting Universal and lots of restaurants within a quick drive. Home was clean, had plenty of room, and was full of little features that made our stay rememberable.

Do not sleep on this house! This place was amazing. Close to everything and the backyard was unbelievable…we rarely left the house because it was so much fun. The kids are already asking to go back, and we definitely will. House was spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean with beautiful, roomy showers. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. After sleeping in that bed, my husband did not have neck/shoulder that had been nagging him for months. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We chose this house over several other Air BNBs with game rooms, home theaters, etc because we wanted the kids outside in the backyard instead of inside, gaming. We could barely get the kids to come in at night. I can’t wait to rent this place again. Worth every penny and then some.

This place was absolutely amazing! Each room has very fun designs! Everything inside is all up to date and brand new! The beds are comfy! Sheets and towels all clean! Backyard area EXTREMELY presentable! Such a nice home to vacay in! Definitely will be staying again!
