We loved this house! The layout was great and the house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with basics for our stay. We specifically chose this house because of the fantastic pool and it exceeded our expectations. We spent A LOT of time swimming and lounging in the pool. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen were great too. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we had a great time checking out the College Park area.
James was great with communication during our stay. I would rent from James and Fabienne again and again! Very pleased with this rental.

So we arrived a day early and rented a hotel. The price of the hotel was about the same as renting this airbnb (3 hotel rooms vs this home)

I may never rent a hotel EVER again!

This home looks better then the pictures, the back yard had more space then it seemed and there was never a moment that we did not feel at home!!

The pool is just as beautiful as the pictures, the host is incredibly responsive and the location is better then you realize.

I would recommend renting this home for a few days, as it only gets better as the days go on!

The home is amazing. Modern, well upgraded with lots of cool lighting and an incredible back yard.
I know it's easy to focus on the backyard and such but rest assured, the kitchen is great, the bedrooms completely comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom wonderful (hey. I live in a drought region of the country so having full water pressure was a true treat). The owners took great care to detail the operational details for everything (lighting, jacuzzi, pool skimmer, grill, tv and more). The back yard is a delight. Even within a week or so of a hurricane, the place was in tip top shape upon arrival. It was a comfortable retreat when I desperately needed the down time. They'll be my go to place on my next Orlando trip.

This place was great :) I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday and he loved it! The outside area was the best. Him and his friends played with their soccer ball and football on the football field turf, and there was a lot of technology to set the atmosphere. The shower was also so cool in the master!!! This is beautiful home, with a gracious layout and flow. There were two of us and two pups, so we had more than enough space. The entire property was impeccably clean. The master was a generous size with plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was incredibly peaceful and private with lots of tall bamboo. We were a little confused by the lighting, but I think it’s a combo of user error (lol!) and some tech that wasn’t working properly. However, Fabienne was incredibly responsive and helpful with workarounds and on our way out she came by to replace the tablet that controls things. It was a delight to meet her and her pup! We would definitely stay again when in the Orlando area. Thanks again!

Refrigerator wasn’t running very cold (like around 60F at most which wasn’t great) Also the check out chores were more tedious than I’ve had at an air bnb but wasn’t a big deal either. This place was a great find. The backyard just speaks for itself. It takes a minute to figure out how to use everything because it’s all run through an iPad but it didn’t take long to figure it out. My wife, 3 kids and myself stayed here a few days as a nice central retreat while we went to Universal. The location was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. This is a smart home set-up so if your not tech savvy you may want to consider this before renting. Hosts were responsive to all our questions. Amazing pool!

James was a great host, he responded quickly when we had questions. The house was perfect for our adult getaway. The backyard is perfect, we didn't need to leave because the backyard is like a paradise. When staying at the house it was mentioned there was items at the house that prior guests leave, this is no joke. There are lots of seasonings and other items, so if you stay stop at the house prior to shopping. James dropped off a cooler for us in a timely matter when we mentioned we could use one and there wasn't one at the house. If you are able to book this place it is a GEM and you wont regret it!!!!

Interior very well kept, clean and loaded with smart home features! Great location to downtown Orlando, supermarket within walking distance. Resorts are only 15 minutes away driving. James was a great host and the house was absolutely amazing! We had a question upon our arrival and had to contact him amd he took our call while he was attending a funeral! Most people would have sent that to voicemail but it shows he cares about his guests and their experience.

This charming home is great for general stay, and if applicable, have an entertaining atmosphere. It was just the two of us and we did use the hot tub each night...but the backyard setup is definitely the highlight! Truly awesome setup! In summertime the pool system would be awesome to take advantage of. The only minor issue we experienced was a slow drain in the master bath, however it seems the owner is aware a clogging issue needs to be addressed. Bed was comfy and high-tech amenities worked great. This beats a lowly hotel room stay by miles. Thanks for a nice and comfortable 3-night stay!

"Great stay at a great location near theme parks"

I booked this location for our family (5 adults, 1 teenager) to stay at over the Thanksgiving break. I chose this location because it was near my nieces house. It was also not far from Disney/Universal Studio Parks which was great since we visited them during our stay. The home was clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable which was nice after a long day. The backyard pool was beautiful. We were a little nervous about it being a smart house but once we got the hang of it it was great. We did have a hiccup but the owner was quick to respond to help..... always a good sign. My only suggestion is extra bedding. My 16 year son slept on the couch and it would have been nice to have some on hand to use to make up a bed. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely look into the house again when we return to Orlando.

This rental is everything that is described and more. We had an amazing renting experience even before we showed up. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we showed up there are directions that explain to you In detail everything you need to know. The rooms are spacious and some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. I would say the only downside is the photos do not do the house or the pool area justice. The pool, bar and hot tub are absolutely amazing and just made the perfect touch to our trip. I would recommend this property to any group looking for a house to enjoy close to downtown Orlando.

Wow! What an amazing home! The nature experience was outstanding! From the IPad in the great room that sends commands to the features on the pool to the Sealy mattress that responds to what setting you like it on, this house has everything. A fire pit near the back deck area and a full gas grill for guests. Even has a swim up bar in the pool and a beer pong table on the back porch. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time! Just a forewarning, all of your time will be spent in the hot tub. At least mine was. James was extremely helpful and welcoming. Very responsive to messages and made our trip that much more wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

This place is ALL about the backyard! If you're looking for a relaxing time spent in the pool and hottub you are absolutely in for a treat!! Nice sized pool surrounded by bamboo makes it feel as if your miles away from civilization. Hot tub, waterfalls, outdoor speakers, colored lights, a swim-up bar and an amazing grill area right by the pool! Pool mist/fog keeps it cool during the hot Florida days and creates an amazing ambiance. Perfect place for a Girls Weekend. The only thing missing is a cabana boy/girl to cook and make drinks! The beds are all super comfy, the kitchen well stocked. All around a great place.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at the house! We had a big itinerary planned but were enjoying the house so much we just hung out at the house almost the whole time. The smart house was really cool. Some things didn't work like I thought, but I've never been in a house like that, and I later realized it was user error. We have been talking and are interested in coming back and staying there again, even though I live in Orlando. It was so relaxing and so fun. I can't say enough about how amazing it was. It was the perfect weekend to de-stress at the perfect time (wedding in a month and final projects and such for school due this week). I keep gushing, but he was a great host and answered every question I had, which was a lot. Very friendly. Overall damn near a perfect weekend.
